About Me
I’m an art director, graphic designer, and artist from South Florida. My favorite thing to do when I’m not working or painting creating work across 2D and 3D, from illustration and merch design to sculpture. Inspired by the ocean and the natural world, I’ve partnered with marine conservation nonprofits to design merchandise that raises funds for wildlife protection and rehabilitation.
When I’m not working or making art, I love to comb the beach for shark teeth and seashells; volunteer with the local Sea Turtle Conservation programs, and paddle board. I also love to make sculptures out of cardboard, recycled trash and clay (see Shelly Below).
A few of the best moments of my life! As a Florida native, I’m very passionate about marine conservation. I volunteered as a Wildlife Rehabilitator with the Coastal Stewards Sea Turtle Hospital. I helped care for, feed, and rehabilitate hundreds of adult sea turtles and hatchlings, and even got to release one at the beach! I volunteer currently with Clearwater Marine Aquarium Sea Turtle Conservation Program. Thirty minutes before sunrise, we ride ATVs on the beach and mark off Sea Turtle nests, take measurements and (eventually) help the hatchlings make it out of their nests and into the ocean!
I made this enrichment toy that this rehabilitating sea turtle is scratching her back on after breakfast! She was released shortly after.
Morning rescue missions for the disoriented babies who get stuck in pools and the dunes.
I love to collaborate with nonprofits I’m passionate about. Using my skillset to raise funds for a green sea turtle (while babysitting a recovering sea turtle) is a core memory.
I also have a green thumb and love to garden. Getting to plant seeds and watch them grow until harvesting them is one of the greatest joys of all time! (Successful Carrot harvest yet to come)
I designed immersive art, music, and garden experiences for the preschool students. I taught art classes that encouraged exploration with color and natural materials, led joyful guitar sing-alongs during music sessions, and guided children in planting and observing vegetables, flowers and all the creatures our garden brought to the school. Through creativity, music, and nature-based learning, I helped children build their self expression and a deeper connection to the natural world.
Between art supplies, garden soil, and guitar sing-alongs with preschoolers, it may look chaotic from the outside—but for me it was just another joyful day of creative learning.

For this experience, I had the children run to our garden and find a bug or garden creature to make. Then I had them go gather sticks, leaves and branches and they made compositions of their favorite bugs while I explained pollination and we snacked on cucumbers from our garden.
